LJ TO DW Q

Looking at my LJ, there's really only my Transformer fic and then a few blah entries on it I don't really need to switch over. So the question is:

Should I try and bring over my MASSIVE Transformer story to this site? Or would everyone be ok with just a link to my AO3 for all previous chapters? Same with my other fics?

As someone who's seen a lot of sites disappear, I have to say don't trust just one site. More backups are always good. Any one could go down permanently. Your computer could die. Your flashdrives/discs/whatever could be lost/destroyed. It would be terrible to lose all of your great fics

1st. Sorry for the delay in replying. :( I know, I'm terrible about replying (and posting) promptly.

2nd: Thank you for the advice! I do have many, MANY copies of my stories. I am that paranoid about losing Cover Me. I do have copies on flashdrives/discs/external drives, 2 computers and my good friend has a copy on both her computer and laptop as well.

My worry was really about having to manually copy/paste my whole LJ to here, but one of the MODS in a community I follow mentioned how rather easy it was to simply import my entire journal. I just messed up with my icons since I thought I had them checked off and they really weren't. :(

Is it possible to bring this here http://blkdragonqueen.livejournal.com/10519.html to this page to? Because Livejournal has new TOS and there is the possibility that accounts/content with gay material wil be purged.

Oh trust me, I've seen the freak out the new TOS has caused at LJ. Some of my favorite authors have already put out the word and abandoned ship, so to speak.

I have been able to bring all of my old LJ posts here to DW because luckily, there's this neat import function that brought Everything over here. Even all the old comments...

Though I have to admit to a small goof on my part. I thought I had checked "Import Icons" and I didn't so all my icons are wonky but all around it should be fine. I just have to re-add Cover Me to my DW memories. :/

The new master fic index should be a sticky on the top of my page and here's the Cover Me Page - http://blkdragonqueen.dreamwidth.org/9515.html

I'll see if I can make that a sticky but I think I'm only allowed 1 here. maybe... O.o?

Thanks, now it works and it is a dreamwidth-page and not the lj-one.
