Character Writing Meme! <3

I don't have a sheep Icon but you all know my "Baa" mentality. :P Ganked from crimsonseastorm . ^_^

Pick a character and I will give and explain the top five ideas/concepts/etc I keep in mind while writing that character that I believe are essential to accurately depicting them. Any and all characters welcome (including ones I haven't written but might know about...)
-Any series, any character. I'll give it my best go!

EDIT! I forgot to mention that since Cover Me is the only TF fic I'm writing at the moment, this is very Cover Me orientate! That being said: whew! This is actually harder than it appears. O.O! Who knew?

Meanwhile what's going on with me is I've been super ill the past 2 weeks. (I mean sicker than a dog ill!) So I apologize to everyone for pretty much everything!

1) Dual Mindset. Seriously. He has two set modes for himself, “on duty” and “off duty”. When “on” he’s very serious, when “off” he could care less. When he’s on duty, he’s very static in his speaking (g1 monotone) when he’s off he talks normally. When he’s on, he calls everyone by their title, when he’s off… he still calls them that to drive them nuts.

2) Observant. Having a rather quiet personality allows for him to observe everyone around him and the situations they find themselves in. Also being the main communicator, he’s privy to many conversations weather by transmitting them or by spying on those around him. He’s a ‘Con. He can’t help it.

3) Manipulative. Being a communications expert, he’s very good at steering discussions to go his way and make many others do what he wants them to do and make them think it was their idea to begin with! He can also speak in circles so anyone trying to figure something out about him usually gets so confused they forget what they wanted to know.

4) Firm. He’s a very no-nonsense type of personality so he’s very firm in how he handles things. His team is insane enough that he has to be unyielding when dealing with them and their shenanigans. He won’t take “no” for an answer and will keep at you until he gets the answer that he’s looking for.

5) Superior. :D He’s very self centered. Him first, his team second and everyone else last, he prefers it that way. After being under Megatron’s control he had to ensure his and his teams safety above all else and that meant proving he’s stronger than anyone else and that he is not a mech to mess with.
