More like one of those few months!
May. 21st, 2012 01:31 amSo in case anyone was wondering what was going on in my life, here is the last 2 months in a nut shell!
April:
Week 1: Mother had cataract surgery on her left eye. Being unable to drive, she was home all week
Week 2: Had both Vet and horse shoer come out for spring shots and new shoes.
Week 3: Uncle went for oral surgery, was home for 2 days, cranky for the whole week!
Week 4: Mother goes for 2nd eye surgery- again home all week.
May:
Week 1: Ben, our very old horse passed away. He died on Saturday. The render could not come to get him until Tuesday. O.O On the up side, he had had all his shots and his hooves looked great.
Week 2: Work is changing the uniforms. Do you know how HARD it is to find all black Athletic shoes.
Week 3: We got our new phones. I hate shopping. I really really do.
Here's hoping week 4 will be better!
Meanwhile, I finally watched Steven Spielberg's Adventures of Tintin. Is it bad that I really want a Tintin/Poirot crossover?
(Agatha Christie's Poirot if you're wondering) AND AVENGERS ROCKED! LOVED IT! And amazingly Battleship wasn't too bad. We were pleasantly surprised with it.
